Finished drawing package with building and shoplifting details for all aspects of the work with specifications for loose fixtures and fittings such as lighting, furniture and furnishings to allow tendering of the works.

Licensing plans. Building regulation submissions. Planning submission drawings. Signage consent details.

Site attendances and meetings during construction phase. Liaise with contractors and the client to ensure works are implemented as design intent. Attend handover phase for finishing touches and dressing the project prior to client occupation and project launch.
